Once you select a property we can also help with referrals to legal advisers (conveyancers) and other professionals as required. We communicate with your finance broker, your conveyancer, builders and developers and walk you through the process one step at a time.

Finance Preparation

If you are borrowing money for to invest then we can refer you to a mortgage broker or work with one you already have a relationship within order to determine your financial firepower. Together we then agree on a budget for your investment.

Property Management

Once the property is ready for rental we can refer you to the right professionals to source and manage your tenants, including specialist managers for co-living or NDIS properties.

Property Search and Selection

After determining your budget we get to work in sourcing a selection of property options from across the country that meet your needs for you to consider. We have a very Client-Centric Approach and are dedicated to understanding each of our client's objectives and guiding them accordingly. During this process it can include negotiation, due diligence, and finance coordination.

Beyond

Once the property is tenanted then we can review your situation to see what other opportunities are available to you, either now or in the near future.
